Setting the Summer Camp Stage

Summer Camp has always been built around one idea: that the best thinking happens together. Join Zipline VP of Customer Success Corbin Eilander as he kicks off two days designed for the people who make frontline operations work: you. He'll set the stage for what's ahead and share the strategic priorities and partnership vision that are driving Zipline’s community forward, because where we're going, we're going with you.

9:50 - 10:30 a.m.

Frontline Operations in the Age of AI

There’s a significant shift happening in frontline operations, and the brands navigating it best are the ones treating it as an opportunity, not a challenge. In this keynote, Zipline CEO and Co-founder Melissa Wong will share where the industry stands today: what's reshaping how frontline teams work, the gap between where most organizations are and where they need to be, and how AI is a critical driving force. And as AI accelerates everything, Zipline SVP of Product Meagan Sobol will walk you through how Zipline's AI capability layer is built to help you champion industry trends and make it easier than ever to turn your brand vision into a smarter reality.

10:30 - 11:00 a.m.

Product Roadmap and 2026 Feature Bracket Kick-Off

Let’s dive into what’s coming soon to Zipline and what you want to come next. Zipline SVP of Product Meagan Sobol will take us through a closer look at the major investments on Zipline’s product roadmap that enable your teams to prioritize, act, and execute with confidence daily. We’ll then hand it over to you with the return of our Feature Bracket, a Summer Camp-exclusive opportunity to vote for the submitted feature request you want prioritized on the roadmap. Good luck!

Powering High-Performing Teams

High-performing teams aren’t just engaged; they’re informed, capable, and well-supported in their daily work. In this session, we’ll cover practical strategies for creating Learning content that builds knowledge while also driving Zipline adoption, how Zippy helps employees get answers instantly, and how Insights helps leaders understand what’s working and where to focus.

Strategic Intelligence in Action

What if every store performed like your best store? The Strategic Intelligence Program (SIP) is Zipline’s co-innovation initiative that combines Zipline behavioral data with your brand’s KPIs to uncover the operational signals behind frontline performance. Hear from a participating customer about how they set up the program, what insights emerged, and how those insights are shaping their go-forward strategy. From early wins to surprising discoveries, this conversation explores how operational data can unlock a deeper understanding of performance and what comes next as intelligence features like the Performance Intelligence Engine (PIE) emerge.

3:15 - 4:15 p.m.

Zip Tips: Show, Tell, and Solve

The best ideas are the ones you can see in action. Join in on customer-led small group discussions and walk through real examples of how they’re using Zipline to solve everyday operational challenges. Each table will focus on a specific use case, with customers sharing the situation they faced, how they approached the problem, and exactly how their solution works inside Zipline. This is hands-on, tried-and-true learning designed to give you ideas you can take back and apply immediately.

4:15 - 4:30 p.m.

Round 2: Feature Bracket

The field has narrowed, and the competition is heating up. We're back for Round 2 of the Feature Bracket, and the features still standing have earned their spot. We’ll take a closer look at the remaining features before casting your next vote.

6:30 p.m.

A Taste of the Windy City

Summer Camp doesn't stop when the sessions do! Join your fellow Campers for a night on the town, where the only agenda is having a great time together for a one-of-a-kind Chicago experience.

Connection is a Performance Multiplier

In today’s AI-accelerated world, performance isn’t limited by strategy. It’s limited by connection. Blake Devillier is a leadership speaker and former enterprise executive who helps brands strengthen psychological safety and interpersonal alignment—two conditions that allow genuine connection to thrive. When people feel safe to speak, are clear about expectations, and invested in one another, execution sharpens, engagement rises, and results improve.

10:15 - 10:30 a.m.

Camp Photo

Every year we capture the community that makes Summer Camp so special—and this year's no different. Come together for our annual group photo before we take on the final day of Summer Camp 2026.

Breakout Sessions: Choose one session for this time slot

Building the Business Case

Behind every successful initiative is someone who knew how to make the case for it. In this breakout, we’ll dig into the art of stakeholder influence and the science of building a business case, giving you a toolkit for navigating stakeholder conversations, rallying the right people, and turning a good idea into an approved one.

Your Operating System: From Store Tool to Enterprise Backbone

Zipline delivers the most value when it moves beyond your frontline and becomes an operational backbone across your entire business. Hear from a customer who expanded Zipline into additional business units (think: HQ and CX) and what changed when Zipline became a shared platform across teams. Expect honest insight into alignment, visibility, governance, and measurable impact.

From building tailored experiences for different frontline personas to surfacing metrics and content that matter most each day, you’ll leave knowing how to turn your Dashboard into your team’s most powerful daily tool.

Learning Content That Earns Attention

Anyone can create learning content, but what makes it good? In this workshop, we’ll explore what “good” learning content looks like in practice and how teams know when they’ve reached it. Through real customer examples, we’ll look at how teams define success, choose the right formats, and evaluate whether content is changing understanding and behavior—not just getting completed.

Solving Real Problems, Together

Execution challenges rarely have one perfect answer. As a part of this collaborative workshop, each table will work through real-world operational scenarios and design thoughtful solutions using Zipline. Rather than presenting polished answers, groups will share key insights, trade-offs, and shifts in thinking with the room. After all, the best frontline solutions are created from conversations and built in rooms just like this!

Backstage Pass: Product & Ecosystem Roundtables

Hear directly from the people shaping—and extending—Zipline with the unique opportunity to sit down with Zipline’s Product Managers, Data Scientists, and trusted integration partners for an unfiltered look at what's in progress: the thinking behind it, the problems it's solving, and where it's headed. These aren't polished announcements; it’s real work in motion, and an opportunity for you to see it up close and ask questions. Get excited to leave with a level of context most people don't get until launch day.

3:20 - 3:30 p.m.
